Durham University and ENSCR are organizing a workshop, "Surface Redox Reactions: Applications and Recent Advances (SURF2R)" to be held on July 11-13 2022, in ENSCR, Rennes, France.

The purpose of this hybride workshop is to stimulate communication between researchers from both academia and industry, and facilitate an exchange of opinions and common interests.  This workshop is open to all scientists interested in surface redox reactions for industrial and environmental applications. The workshop will provide a forum to share research results, discuss new experimental and theoretical developments with international research groups, and understand the applications through industrial users on the following themes: Environment Remediation & Pollutant Transport ; Mineral Processing & Critical Metal Recovery ; Energy Applications: Nuclear, Oil & Gas Enhanced Recovery. All contributions within the scope of these research topics are welcome. Companies that offer products or services related to the scope of the workshop and wishing to provide sponsorship may contact the organizers. 

The workshop will be held in Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Rennes, 11, allée de Beaulieu, 35708 Rennes France. The participation is free of charge.  For the sake of organization, please let us know before June. 10^th if you would like to participate, and, if so, specify as speaker or an attendee.
